1) Partial prepayment from 120 UAH
Please note that the cost of the money transfer service in the NP department is 20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount
2) Full prepayment to the card
In this case, you pay only for the delivery upon receipt.
Free delivery is provided for the total order amount of 1000 UAH or more. Orders for the amount of 999 UAH and less are paid at your expense, according to the current tariffs of Ukrposhta (from 35 UAH) and Nova Poshta (from 50 UAH and more).
* Delivery by Ukrposhta is available only upon prepayment of the entire order.
Terms of order picking and delivery.
Usually it takes us 1-2 business days to complete an order. If the goods are made to order, our managers will agree with you on the delivery time by phone and inform you when it is ready for shipment. The delivery time is 1-3 days from the date of dispatch and depends on the location of the recipient's settlement (large cities - 1 day, remote villages - 2-3 days). Attention!
Upon arrival at the Nova Poshta branch, the parcel is stored for a maximum of 7 days, then automatically returned, and the customer will have to pay for the delivery and storage of the cargo again. We advise you to receive the parcel as soon as possible. Carefully check the integrity and quantity of the goods for compliance with your order.
After you receive the parcel, our company is not responsible for the parcel.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We deliver orders worldwide, except for Russia and Belarus. You can pay for the order via Western Union, WebMoney, MoneyGram, Pay Send, Paypal or directly to a Ukrainian bank card, if you have such an opportunity
We send orders by Ukrposhta. The usual delivery time is 14-21 days, however, due to the martial law in Ukraine, the delivery time may vary and, unfortunately, we cannot influence this in any way. We would like to warn you that there is no exchange or return between countries due to the delivery time.
The shipping cost is $10 (Poland), $23 (other countries) if the weight of the parcel does not exceed 2 kg. If the weight is more, please contact the post office to find out the shipping cost. We would like to warn you that we have had cases when an order was lost after crossing the border, so we advise you to indicate the full estimated cost of the parcel when sending it, so that in this case you can receive appropriate compensation from Ukrposhta.
The cost of delivery by Nova Poshta is determined by the tariffs of the sending company.
