The list includes bras, underwear, bodysuits, tops, corsets, and swimwear. Adherence to the letter of the law is not absurd if we take into account the requirements of hygiene.
Offline stores have specially designated models that are used for fitting and are not sold. In other words, a customer can try on a product in a store, but they must be sold a new, unused product.
Unfortunately, this is not possible in the specifics of online shopping. We understand that choosing lingerie is a very important and complex process. Especially for this purpose, we measure EVERY model (you can find the size chart on each page of the product you are interested in) and recommend comparing the measurements with your parameters to choose everything correctly.
When you receive the ordered goods, we recommend that you inspect the goods at the post office. Each customer, inspecting the goods in the presence of a postal employee, must make sure that the quality of the goods, the completeness and correctness of the order (size, color, article, etc.) and the absence of defects are as follows.
If you do not like the goods or for any other reason you do not want to pick up the order, you must arrange for its return to the sender, paying the cost of transportation costs incurred for the transportation of the goods to you.
When you pick up the goods from the post office, it means that you have made sure that the order is correct, there is no defect and you can no longer return/exchange it, as we comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine by sending only new goods.
Defective goods
Each unit of our goods is subject to inspection for defects before shipment, so this moment is minimized. But still, there is such a thing as a "human factor". Therefore, if during the inspection at the post office you see that you have received defective goods, you need to arrange a return of this product and write to us on Viber (Instagram). What is not a defect:
- goods that are slightly different in color - it is very important to understand that all photos are taken in a photo studio and, depending on the screen settings of your device, the shade of the goods may differ slightly;
- wrinkles. The goods go through a long chain of transportation from the manufacturer's factory to the end customer. If due to the transportation process or other factors, the goods arrived to you with minor wrinkles, such cases do not fall under the defect.
We strongly recommend that you inspect the goods before picking them up from the post office.
What should the product be like when I return it?
Our return policy is quite strict because we adhere to the highest quality standards. When returning an item, it must be in its original, intact packaging.
Can I return a sale item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of these products because of the discounts provided at the time of purchase.
